The specialty pharmacy intern will assist with weekend specialty pharmacy operations with a focus on providing care coordination and bedside prescription delivery to solid organ transplant recipients within Johns Hopkins Hospital. The intern will coordinate with the pharmacy teams to ensure medication regimens for transplant recipients are documented correctly and discharge prescriptions are provided to the patient at their bedside on the date of discharge.

Home-Based Pediatric Occupational Therapy

We are looking for expert generalists to provide health teaching to patients and caregivers, preventive health screening, referral and coordination of services in the agency and the community, and advocacy for the patient to obtain health-related goals.
